Return & Exchange

Our customer service team will assist you in reviewing your case and offer expert technical information if needed. All product returns must meet Soolith Mart return policies in order to issue a Return Authorization. Soolith Mart only accepts returns within the Manufacturer's Warranty Period and/or within 7 days from date of invoice for replacement.

Types of Return and Exchange that can be requested

Replacement returns - must be within Manufacturer's Warranty Period. Replacement will be honored upon receipt of defective product. Soolith Mart reserves the right to subject questionable returns to further testing which might cause some delays prior to approval of a replacement.

All refunds are conditioned that the product, all accessories, and packaging are in a new and re-sellable as new condition.

Replacement returns of DOA product - must be reported within 7 days of purchase in order to be expedited.

Return for refund - must be reported within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
